We previously called this release ‘The Haymaker,’ until we were served with a Cease & Desist letter from a global beer company. Stainless & barrel fermented with barrel age for natural clarification, this combination leads to crisp apples, petrol and mineral notes (also a minimum of 6 months bottle age).
